Ive been here for almost way over 10 years now. Prior management and owners were on top of everything and really tried their best to make the tenants feel the value in this building. they had events, everyone knew each other. it was an overall great experience. Ever since they sold they cant keep a good manager in the building (Minus one that just left), They continue to hire unqualified maintenance workers that cant or just simply wont do the job. They tell you "Theres nothing I can do, it's just like that now" as if there are not laws in place for things like this?? It's sad what was once a great experience is now slowly converting into what feels like almost a slum lord type of feeling. I really hope they can turn it around.

Ive loved here for the last 7 years and now renewed again. I like the building but it can be su much more. I have heard of a new renovation coming in which could make it amazing. only time will tell. I will say that them getting rid of out security company hurts. such a great crew specially Michelle! Bring her back!
