Great place
Very helpful and professional staff. Always knowledgable and courteous.
MODA ON THE BAY
Really enjoy dealing with the staff here. They are all highly educated and polite. The property is maintained as best as possible but it is an aging building that has its challenges. They're are tenants or fellow neighborhood dog owners that are still not picking up after their pets. All in all, we enjoy living here.
Love Moda (with small exceptions)
We moved into Moda in 2023 months ago, and love it here. The staff is really excellent, great location with amazing views, and nice floorplans. We love the boardwalk and many of the small amenities (hammocks, convenience store, free kayak rentals, nice gym). We've referred 3 friends already, and they also love it. The only downsides are 1) the pools are not heated, and thus, never used except for a few months out of the year and 2) the EV charging stations haven't been properly working for the past few months. I call these downsides out primarily because they were key selling points, and made the $75 monthly 'resort fee' worth it - but I don't feel like I am getting my value on the 'resort style' amenities.

Besides the amazing view, my review goes to the staff. They have been the best and most accomodating since day 1. They’re all very polite and do their best to help us. Special thanks to Monet and Mariah for all their support :)
Most Amazing views
We have been living here for 6 months and love how beautiful it is. The waterfront location cannot be beat. We love the lobby area that has ample working space for those of us who work remotely. I love my afternoon naps in the hammocks under the palm trees and morning and evening walks on the bay walk around the building. It's very dog friendly. The apartments are modern and well laid out with views from every room! The gym is perfect, the electric charging stations are a great amenity (when they work, currently some are broken but are being fixed). The surf shop that has free kayak check-out is a very unique amenity that i have never seen in an apartment building. We only wish the pool was heated, otherwise are unusable most of the year except for the hot summer months. The staff are amazing, very friendly and work very hard to make this an amazing place to live.
