I’ve really enjoyed living in this condominium. The property is clean, well cared for, and overall a pleasant place to live. The only issue I’ve noticed is with parking. Some spaces are smaller than average, so larger cars don’t always fit well and sometimes end up parked incorrectly. Other than that, everything has been great, and I’m happy with my experience here.

Ive lived at the Stratford 9 years with my kids and it has been the best experience renting. Yoly and Katia along with the maintenance staff are super effecient, transparent, and work really hard to make living here a enjoyable and a blessing. The grounds are well kept and they have monthly community events to entertain the residents. My children and I absolutely love it here and for the price its really reasonable and close to everything!

From the moment I took my initial tour with Katia, I knew The Stratford would be my new home. I love my fully renovated and updated apartment. The grounds are pristine and cleaned, manicured and beautiful. The pool area is resort style, it has the feeling of being away in a tropical destination spot. Maintenance team is the best! The moment I need them, they come same day. I couldn't be happier and 100% recommended this as your new home. I love it here!

This property is exceptionally well kept and maintained. There is never any disturbance of any kind. It feels extremely safe, the staff is amazing! They make you feel like family and they are very helpful at all times and the events they put together through out the year are very thought out and enjoyable and they give you a sense of a united community. Yoly and Katia are the best!

I really enjoy living at The Stratford. The place is quiet, clean, and well taken care of, with beautiful landscaping and a nice overall vibe. The location is great — close to the expressway but still very peaceful, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool area is great for relaxing, and the gym, while not too big, has everything you need. I also like having the tennis and racquetball courts — they’re always in good shape. The parking lot has enough space, although some spots are a bit narrow. The staff is amazing — they’re friendly, easy to talk to, and always quick to help. They also organize fun community activities like parties and food trucks from time to time, which makes the place feel even more like home. Great place to live!
