It is the policy of Legacy Residential Group that any aggressive canine breeds not be admitted into our communities unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal. Listed below is the list of aggressive breeds created in a report issued by the CDC. Indoor pets per apartment may not exceed 50 lbs. and 27 inches in height. No exotic animals are permitted. There is a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, and $200 for a second pet. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly Pet Rent. Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

I love living at Legacy at Harbor Key

I Love living at Legacy at Harbor Key. It is very clean. Its cery quiet. My neighbors are very polite. The staff is very professional and respectful. For the few times that I’ve needed maintenance they are quick to fix whatever the problem is. This will be my 3rd year of living there and I will be signing to live another year and several more years to come. Alba was the lady from the office that helped me with the paperwork for me to move in. She was so eager to help me and that made me feel very welcomed.

Orden y limpieza

Llevo aqui hace casi 2 years y a cambiado , antes se conservaba mas limpio y ordenado ,ahora mas populoso y los parkeos sucios de papeles que la gente bota. Ahora hay mas gente en los apart de lo normal

It's ok

It's ok could be better but they are low on staff like most companies. Also need cameras it would help to monitor the areas where there is trash in place it shouldn't be that would help to improve some.
