It is the policy of Legacy Residential Group that any aggressive canine breeds not be admitted into our communities unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal. Listed below is the list of aggressive breeds created in a report issued by the CDC. Indoor pets per apartment may not exceed 50 lbs. and 27 inches in height. No exotic animals are permitted. There is a $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee, and $200 for a second pet. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly Pet Rent. Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.
