Breed restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dogs, American Staffordshire Terriers, Argentine Dogos, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corso, Doberman Pinchers, Fila Brasileiros, German Shepards, Pit Bulls, Perro de Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Tosa Inus, Wolf Hybrids or any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not permitted at our community. Very expensive place

Very expensive to live here, and I'm unsure if the price is justified. The utility fee I was paying for a studio is about $160 + PGE $60 + Internet $60. The heater fan was loud enough to disrupt your TV watching and sleeping. I couldn't fall asleep with it on. Occasionally, I could smell Weed coming in from somewhere (windows and doors all closed). I couldn't figure out how, and they weren't able to help me. Overall, not very happy with the lease. Having the gym and a hot tub is nice and having everything newer is nice. However, I wouldn't recommend this place to friends and family.
