Love it here

I love living at Park Regency. Best apartment i have lived in, and I have lived in many! I have to move at the end of the month due to personal reasons, but I will miss it here. I will also miss walnut Creek.

Very expensive place

Very expensive to live here, and I'm unsure if the price is justified. The utility fee I was paying for a studio is about $160 + PGE $60 + Internet $60. The heater fan was loud enough to disrupt your TV watching and sleeping. I couldn't fall asleep with it on. Occasionally, I could smell Weed coming in from somewhere (windows and doors all closed). I couldn't figure out how, and they weren't able to help me. Overall, not very happy with the lease. Having the gym and a hot tub is nice and having everything newer is nice. However, I wouldn't recommend this place to friends and family.

Park Regency

Since I’ve been living here there’s been it’s ups and downs. I’ve had a few problems with the apartment itself but the maintenance always comes to fix it as fast as they can. Other than that I don’t really have any issues.
