Truly a Retreat!
Since moving in it has been such a lovely experience! It truly feels like home now!
Good but could be better
I have lived at the retreat for about three years now and I believe that as a complete package, that it has provided a solid and comfortable living experience and overall satisfies the majority of my requirements as a tenant. The quality of my apartment has always been my favorite component of this complex, additionally, the gym and other amenities have been fantastic as well. The leasing office is generally good at responding to inquiries and the service/maintenence crew has always done a fantastic job. I do think that the neighborhood can be quite inconsistent and not completely ideal due to noise, construction, and distance from the town proper; additionally, the parking garage can be pretty messy especially with an influx of garbage, but these are minor nit picks that overall do not impact my overall positive review of The Retreat.
The Perfect Home
The living experience is ideal for anyone. The benefits of being so close to the freeway, downtown, and by a great school district! Also, you have the amazing amenities! The 24 hour gym, the nice relaxing pool area, as well as the hang out spot next to the office. Staff is always friendly and helpful in times of manner. I couldn't ask for more.
Love this place for everything but parking
This is a truly special apartment complex. It's very quiet and super pet-friendly. The neighbors are nice and sweet. The only negative is that the parking spaces are small. While you can usually find a spot at all hours of the day, some spots are ridiculously small, and hard to get a medium-sized SUV in it. I drive a jeep and have to get home at a decent time in order to find a large-spaced spot. If not, it's almost impossible to find a spot where I won't worry my car will be scratched or that I won't scratch a neighbor's car.
