Tranquility & peaceful
I spent 8 years in ojai looking for a nice quet place to live only coming to realize the chaos it would be just to go grocery shopping living up there. Now that I have found Vanoni Ranch apartments, I can see myself living here forever. It’s close to shopping two blocks away large grocery stores within 10 to 15 minutes but yet it’s quiet here you don’t hear the noise of the city and that is one thing that I love the amenities here beautiful the property is beautiful, Vanoni Ranch has everything a resident could ask for .

Parking is not good
My first day I had to drive around the whole complex and could not find a parking spot, 2 day same thing. Office said you could rent an assigned spot so I said ok, and they said we will put you on the list, then i asked about a garage, office said i could rent a garage so i said ok, and they said we will put you on the list. More then half the cars in the parking lot have expired registration. So people can illegally park here and yet a rent paying resident with current registration cant get a parking spot, an assigned spot or a garage. Not happy when the office said there is plenty of parking here when i viewed the complex. Something needs to be done for parking
