Unstable and rude
I have lived here 11+ years & have gone through 4-5 different Property Managers during that time. Also, the turnover in the office staff is frustrating and discouraging too. (Creates lots of instability and discouragement.) As I said, I've lived and leased here for 11+ years and because of the constant office staff turnover, no one knows who I am (nor do they care.) I constantly need to explain my back story to them. To be honest some of the new staff is very condescending and rude. We are no longer a friendly and warm family community. Sad.
10 + years critique.
Have lived here for 10+ years. We have dealt with 4 or 5 different property managers through the past years. Overall I would say Vanoni does its best tp keep the quality control maintenance in good shape. Unfortunately the office staff seem to be inexperienced and not professional in any way!!! They need customer service training at a more professional level. The office staff is incompetent and absolutely non professional. It should be noted that the maintenance personnel are 100% helpful and we appreciate them so much!
Living apt life
Have lived here a month and realize even here parking is difficult! If you aren't here by 6 pm good luck parking in vacinity

Property management company (not severely reduced local personnel ) has by design and in cutting their costs and raising rents, allowed the grounds and facilities too deteriorate. i.e., 2 years o;d hole by trash in front of bldg. 24. covered by a piece of ply wood . nice touch FIX IT,
