The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Rent $50/month per pet. Pet Fee $0. Additional Security Deposit $500.00 per pet. ** All pet fees, deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions. Managers change every few months and only communicate via email, if at all. No returned calls. Front office staff Roberto and I belive, are really great. So are Alex and Douglas with maintenance. Paying for the property’s utilities and billing combined with rents and prices going up monthly and doubled in a year.

The place is supposed to be a non-smoking property. There is near constant smoking on the property by multiple residents all over the campus. When management was asked, the response was that smoking residents are asked to smoke on the street just off of the property. But, if people have to be told to smoke on the street, that means that the resident is a smoker and that management knows that they are a smoker, which means that Cushman Wakefield is knowingly renting to smokers, even though it is a non-smoking facility, which isn't fair to the ACTUAL non-smokers who are paying for a non-smoking environment. Some people are suffering from chronic pulmonary disease and rely on clean air. Also, smoke from 8 feet away at the street blows back into the buildings anyway and is not a protective factor against 2nd hand smoke..

There is never any parking, motorcycles forever holding parming spots. The dogs roam free and owners never pickup after them.

So far, my kids and I love our space and this community. My kids have already made friends, and everyone we've met has been friendly. The apartment itself is spacious and was cleaned when we moved in.
