It’s an old building in the tenderloin, it gets broken into a few times a year, there’s nearly always tents set up right outside the front gate

Lotta Street Noise, Some old appliances, rickety elevator

Lived here for a month. Due to location, the street noise here goes up into the night. I wish the doors to the front had push button entries for ADA compliance, because it is hard to open the door with a bike or groceries. Elevator could also use this. Gas stove runs fairly inefficiently, reeking of gas every time the oven is turned on. No fan in the bathroom to ventilate the space, but a small window outletting into an exhaust attached to the roof. The steam from the shower sets off the smoke alarm. Only two outlets spaced on opposite walls in the main room. Not outlet in the hallway. Would be nice with more outlets. Cannot find the breaker box in the apartment. Don't know if it's downstairs.
