Love this place

Moved in here about 2 months ago and I love it! The location is perfect, the place is updated with good amenities, and the noise level is low. I have met so many friendly neighbors in the building. I can't say enough good things.

Not exactly what we signed up for

Slow to fix broken amenities. Poor preparation for new move-ins, i.e. keys delivered late, no help with keypad setup, mailbox full with old tenants mail, rushed walk-though, no compost bin, only one trash and one recycle bin for entire building.
