great location - not very well mainted

It sounds like you've been through quite a frustrating time with the changes in building management. Transition periods can be challenging, especially when there's a noticeable decline in the quality of service. Here's a more polished version: Having been a resident here for two and a half years, I've experienced the difference in management between Robert's tenure and the current administration. Under Robert's leadership, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. However, since the new management took over, communication has been lacking, and the condition of the building has noticeably deteriorated. For instance, just a few weeks ago, the laundry room was flooded with contaminated water for nearly five days, posing a significant health hazard to us residents. Additionally, the persistent smell of dog urine and the constant state of dirtiness throughout the building have become increasingly concerning. I believe it's crucial for us to address these issues promptly to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all residents. Effective communication and proactive measures are essential in maintaining a safe and pleasant living environment. I hope we can work together to resolve these matters and restore the standards of excellence that were once characteristic of our community.

I've lived here for the past two years, and it's been a great experience. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is very safe. The neighbors are nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you're new to San Francisco and looking for a cozy place to live

Good not great

Elevator has broken down multiple times. Once with me inside for over 2 hours. My sink has leaked and flooded my kitchen

No help from management

We have had endless issues with tenants in our building and have had no help at all from management. While our apartment is very nice, it does not make up for the fact that tenants constantly throw parties, make noise while on the fire escape, bring large amounts of guests into the building during a global pandemic, and further issues. We have asked management numerous times for help and frequently don’t even receive an email back in response. There is nothing that will ever make me sign another lease with this company, not even if they paid me to live in their building.
