Very Noisy

The area is somewhat decent and is surrounded by good local food options. But at night can get super noisy. For example, people would rev thei motorbike engines and speed down the neighorood road at 3am when residents are trying to sleep. This has been constant and my experience has not been great because of this.

Apartment Review

Apartment is nice an updated (kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, flooring) however, the walls are very thin and can hear all neighbors easily. Street noise is also an issue. The apartment mangaer (Marquess) is resposive and nice. Easy method for online login and payments. Not a fan that there is water/sewage/trash payment when the majority of rental units in the city dont charge that to their tenants. All is all a decent apartment to in the city.

Good apt . Very clean and mordern . Staff very nice . But now working going on my apt side . Very noise every day . But soon good . I think .
