Great so far!

Great location, very walkable, easy to get to most areas of San Diego. Building is clean, new, nice amenities, well maintained. I live on the 7th floor so no one above me and the unit is super quiet, no noise from neighbors. There is is a little freeway noise but nothing I didn't already know about prior to moving here. The only thing that remains a question is the maintenance. I submitted a maintenance request on Wednesday for a few simple window issues (one not closing, the other is missing the handle to open) and I've spoken to two different maintenance tech's as I saw them in passing and it's Monday now and I have not heard anything and the issues have not been fixed. Not saying that is bad just don't know what the normal wait time is for maintenance requests.

Just renewed for another year with the Society Bradbury! Great apartment quality and value (for San Diego). Great location and best price of the apartments in the area- walking distance to Fashion Valley Mall and <15 minute drive to UCSD, the airport, and the beach. Dog friendly
