Privacy and noise

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. I experienced repeated privacy violations, raising real concerns about how resident information is handled. In addition, there are major livability problems: constant noise from the Town & Country loading dock (sometimes starting at 6am), heavy highway noise, and feces/debris in hallways, stairways and on the property. These are ongoing issues, not one-time problems.

Great Property

I really enjoy living here. Parking is great. Neighbors are great. Neighborhood is great. I have not used maintenance yet but will let you know how it is. Staff have been helpful. Overall it’s been a good experience

Great so far!

Great location, very walkable, easy to get to most areas of San Diego. Building is clean, new, nice amenities, well maintained. I live on the 7th floor so no one above me and the unit is super quiet, no noise from neighbors. There is is a little freeway noise but nothing I didn't already know about prior to moving here. The only thing that remains a question is the maintenance. I submitted a maintenance request on Wednesday for a few simple window issues (one not closing, the other is missing the handle to open) and I've spoken to two different maintenance tech's as I saw them in passing and it's Monday now and I have not heard anything and the issues have not been fixed. Not saying that is bad just don't know what the normal wait time is for maintenance requests.
