We accept both cats and dogs less than 80lbs.  No exotic pets or reptiles are permitted. No aggressive breeds are permitted.  Aggressive breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepard, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid or any mixed breed that includes one of the listed breeds. There is a non-refundable $500 pet fee per pet and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.

K1 Review

The building is excellent however the manager has been unprofessional via email threads. Also, I believe that in these times, doing what is RIGHT is of utmost importance. Just because other nearby properties aren't offering concessions since their amenities are closed on account of COVID, doesn't mean K1 should follow them. I go to work as a physician, don't complain about the lack of PPE, pay my rent, and pay taxes so other people and companies can receive a stimulus paycheck. The least you can do is thank those of us who are able to pay rent in these times and offer a % discount since we haven't been able to use the pool, gym, etc. Car insurance companies have done this since people are driving less. Stop following the crowd and do what is right.

Love living at K1!

I love living here! Hence why we are staying and transferring to a new bigger unit. The only reason I gave 2 stars in the amenities is because we can’t use them right now due to the covid closures and even though I know that’s out of the property’s control, it would be nice to have a discount on the rent due to not getting the full experience of what we are paying for here. A 10-15% discount or credits to our account for April and May would be nice to make up for us not having access to the amenities.
