Great Place

My experience here is great. Staff is great maintenance is great. Been here for five years. Would like the parking lines to be painted. Cant see them at night. The price its to much especially for two rooms. at least two thousand. There is going to be new apartments being built around us. I love the location near a park and a mall i get the price but too much. Give the the old tenants a break. Especially since we are trying to save for a home.

I have lived at this complex 3 years. The previous management team was great! My current experience with the female manager is very unsympathetic, all about money and business. Towing cars, subpar patrol service, poor groundskeeping etc. The tenant below me has continuously made noise since moving into apartment, all times of the night, throughout the day and every day which has been brought up on several occasions to management. The perception and expectation from management is that I need proof even though our lease states noise and disturbance is a violation. I expressed I wouldn't be renewing my lease because of these issues, my health and well being affected and that nobody should have to pay and live uncomfortably. I asked if I could terminate my lease 1 month early, I was met with well if you do a total of $3500 + rent would be due with breaking the lease 1 month early! My last straw I reached out recently in regards to financial hardship and allowing a few extra days to pay rent again unsympathetic responses and given an answer of NO! There are several options in the area do your research and choose wisely!
