so I lived here a few years great location, amenities can be better half the bbq grills don't work the one by the office playground, also pool doors stay lock I asked the office they said security at night locks them and forget to unlock them. the work out equipment in the front gym use to be good now its cheap ones and hard to use. the bathroom by the gym in the front doors are always locked!!! they have food trucks come but the same 3 food trucks. amazon hub box there's always something wrong with it. garages are always getting broke into here nd nothing here is being done about it !!!!

The unit wasn't able to be seen initially until the day I moved in (I had no choice at the time, so I had to take it). Pros: The location is convenient, the pricing is less expensive than most around the area, and the property is nice and quiet. Cons: On non-renovated units, the paint is poorly done, the cabinets are falling apart, the glaze on the bathtub started peeling after the third use, the carpet started lifting a couple months in, appliances are realllly old, and the water spots on the sealing were painted over (so with the first rain, they showed through right away; maintenance said there wasn't anything they could do about the water spots as well). As a single mom it's rather disappointing to have to live in these conditions (for anyone really, not just single parents), and the pricing isn't entirely the properties fault, but they overlook a lot unless you are able to pay much more for an apartment.

the apartment complex is in a good area next to lots of freeways and the mall, parking is good community has alot of full trees with shade apartment is nice i side carpet and floors clean and good comdidtion
