I just have to point out again the custodial staff having to cleanup the garage that people don't throw down the shoot especially after the weekend. 5plus stars

I’m not happy

I’ve been staying here for Four months and I’ve been having problem after problem in my apartment. I’ve notified the office time after time no call back nothing. I was promised a new washer and dryer two months ago and still don’t have it. I‘be notified the office about the water link in my kitchen and maintenance was supposed to come out and never came! My rent went from 2,695$ to 2,800 and something dollars do to the water linking in the kitchen. I would like it if you have the manger give me a call as soon as possible. Thank you #252

Definitely NOT bad ...

not a bad place, been here 3 years now price is a little wild, mostly for location, but renovations weren’t done till just the last few weeks so it has been incredibly loud. saw my old place had been redone, can’t help but wish they had decided to do that beforehand... but it’s alright. it is incredibly to get ahold of staff and there is still graffiti and people breaking into the garages and making a mess of it. if it was so terrible, i wouldn’t have been here this long, but i genuinely think that people shouldn’t be charged an arm and a leg for location, when the inside of a lot of these places need to be redone. and even then, it is still rather high, especially for college students, AND for the pandemic we have currently been plagued with... aside from that, Andrew and Monet in the office are great. Maintenance is very helpful and friendly!

Life at Northridge

The staff here is wonderful, and Andrew is the absolute best property manager! He is so kind and accommodating, he has been so helpful ever since we moved in. The maintenance staff is very helpful as well, and they are very prompt. The biggest drawback here is the laundry. Laundry rooms are on the third floor of each building, and there is only one building with a card reloading station. I live in building A, but I have to travel to an entirely different building to add money to my laundry card. I'm not sure why the washers and dryers don't just take debit or credit cards. The facilities are kept clean, for the most part, neighbors are pretty quiet. The walls are very thick, so you don't hear much unless it is coming from outside. Overall, we have been very happy living here!
