It's been pretty good living here. Parking is fine, maintenance is nice, good location close to downtown. Sometimes there's noise, with some ppl blasting their music too loud from their car, but not too frequent. I sometimes see individuals in the parking lot loitering that don't look like they live here. They often park in unclaimed parking spots and loiter in their car. Might be something to keep an eye on.
