Dont let the nice area its located in Fool you I was the last person to rent here and it was set at a lower price the former property management company rented it for 1095 which was ok besides the fact that a family member of the property owners was a connecting neighbor who caused alot of rucks different times of different days including letting his homeless friends stick around and camp out on the property after i had complained to Park Place Management they said there was nothing they can do about it thats when i realized why they had such bad reviews on google maps but now that its owned by a new management company of course they are just gonna slip all real issues under the rug and slap a nice fat increase to the rent of this unit with all the income the property generates you would think that they would be kind and care about their tennants that pay the rent of the units and install a fences on both sides of the property cause its open access to anyone which if u ask the tenants has been a concern for some time. Regardless the truth of the matter is that I personally would move back in at the former price even with all the problems that I delt with living there cause i had been able to adjust but at the new price its set at i can say that its over priced
