It took 5 days to get my application approved when I was told it would only take 3 days. Then when I declined the apartment because I found somewhere else sooner, Dominique refused to give me any of the holding fee back because of "policy". I canceled the day I was accepted and in no way paying $500 is a fair policy to the customer. EDIT: 48 hours to cancel the application is less time than the 72 hours on average it takes to get approved. This is text book predatory business practice. Fair policy would be 48 AFTER you get approved. Furthermore I never received any email about my approval or an email after I declined. Zero confirmation. I also asked for an itemized receipt which I never received.

Its a great and peaceful place, love living here my favorite thing its that it is very quiet. Definitely would recommend living here. Just be aware you have to pay everything for separate.
