Lived here 5+ years and have been through 3+ managers, cant even remember at this point. Office staff have been very unhelpful and at time have ignored our requests. The office managers have been lazy and left request pending for too long. Hoping with the new manager that things get better but I wont hold my breath. Maintenance request always take forever, recently have been better because I have complained. Requests in the past have taken months or more to even be started, and even then some projects aren't even finished. When they do construction on the building they just leave the roof cut open and cover it wit plastic like that fixes it. Have had a hold in the roof leading to my apartment for months now. When sprinkler maintenance is done they always just come and leave. We have a high roof and they know this, they should be prepared for things like this and do the work they are saying they do. Took 3 years to get a smoke alarm replaced, because the maintenance just broke the old one since they couldn't reach it. Have had a sprinkler hanging from the roof because those people do the same thing, come in and say they cant reach it. They might actually fix it this year but again not going to hold my breath. Have brought up parking complaints with the office for them to not do anything. Was seeing one thing and the office was telling me another, took over a year to even start dealing with this and even now seems like they've given up. Enforce rule one some and give up when its too much. Looking back would not have picked here when I was looking for a place, Manager at the time lied about the rate to to get us in and the month after we moved in it was more. is a decent place to live but hard to trust the staff that work in the office, and maintenance.

Parking is not great and the hot tub never works… the pool is closed WAY TOO EARLY and if the hot tub worked it should be open all year long! Not just from May to August… but the price is ok…

Nice queit place to live very close to multiple stores maintenance always make sure stairs and hallways are always clean outside is always nice and clean

There are a lot if homeless people that get into the garbage. I dont feel safe going out after dark with my dog. There is always something broken and things that need to be fixed.
