I have loved living at Monte Vista apartments over the past year. The complex is centrally-located in Morgan Hill and just one block away from all thevrestaurahts and shops on the main drag. The units are wonderfully spacious and quiet. There are a lot of apartments, condos, and townhouses being built in Morgan Hill these days, but they lack proper landscaping. Monte Vista, on the other hand, has mature foliage and plenty of grass abd trees throughout the apartment community. Of course the property management and maintenajxe staff are all wonderfully kind and helpful: Ryan & Humeira, and Domingo & Jose. Thanks, everybody!

Been here 15 years, rent has gone up 200%. No end in site. Seems to me that the longer you are here the rent should at least stay the same or get reduced

The unit is very outdated. Hasnt been remodeled since the early 2000. Makes it not enjoyable to live here anymore

Es un buen lugar para vivir pero no tienen control con los estacionamientos. Hay muchos carros viejos que ocupan un lugar y no los mueven. Y muchos sufrimka por encontrar un espacio.

Necesitan estar más al pendiente los (as) oficinastas de algunas personas olvidan sus carros por días incluso semanas estacionados, por tener exceso de carros por departamento hace que no hayan suficientes lugares de estacionamiento disponibles.
