Fellow tennants don't follow and there appears to be no consequences for their actions. Lately there is a tennant that has an aggressive pit bull dog about 60 pounds, which are not allowed according to the property rules. The tenant has no control of the animal and has to try and pick the dog up to keep it from attacking other tennants and their smaller dogs. It's a very dangerous situation. I've reported 4 separate instances.
