Perfect Place

Parking can be a bit of an issue specially around holidays, or summer time. But for the most part you are guaranteed a good spot inside the complex by 9pm. The staff is incredible, quick, responsive, kind, nothing but great things to say about every single members of the staff and maintenance crew. Rent is a little high, but when you consider the location, the amenities, the care, and overall feel of this place, you can truly see its value. We absolutely love living here. Will always renew our lease.

Amazing Apartment Complex, We Love It Here

This apartment community is a gem. Best rental we e ever lived in considering the size of the apartment, amenities, staff (management and maintenance), location, and cleanliness. The management here are always so accomodating and maintenance staff get requests done quickly. The pool area and gym are really nice. Location for commuters is optimal being near the freeway entrance. Finally, we got front row seats to the 4th of July Morgan Hill fireworks show and for kids sports at the complex next door. My only complaint about this place is security of amenities, the gym and shared recreation room are open access to the public and anyone can just walk in and use them. I see people drive up all the time and go through the front office door to the gym, they need to lock the door to the gym and have key card access only, like most other apartment complexes.

Close to 101, A Bit Loud, Helpful Management

The location is unbeatable. 101 is less than a half mile as the crow flies and downtown Morgan Hill is a 5-10-minute drive. The adjacent Morgan Hill Sports Complex hosts a lot of soccer games, so be prepared to hear cheers and the Star Spangled Banner early in the morning on weekends. The noise isn't nearly as bad if you live on the northwest side of the complex. Management promptly addresses any maintenance issues. They also will assist you with small tasks such as securing a package while you're traveling. Bay Area rent is expensive, but this is a good value.
