Love living here. Very quiet and serene area. Only complaints are that there is a lot of noise transferred from upstairs neighbors. Other than that the staff, apartment and location is wonderful!

The manager, Tiffany is great. There are, however, a few really crappy neighbors, who seem to think they are in charge of everything! Nag and complain, left and right, and destroy other peoples peace and happiness. Floors inside the units definitely need to be updated or at least repaired because they are incredibly old and falling apart

I have lived here for over ten years. The location is great, my views are great but it is very old. Plumbing problems, laundry issues (often one of the dryers isn't working).

Yes, it's quaint and unique. But the management is strict, abusive, and lazy. Many things such as outside lights that light walkways are broken or not functional. Parking is tight and there are few free spots for guests. Renters park in places they are not supposed to and management does nothing. But, if the manager has a bug up her butt about something innocuous that isn't affecting anyone, look out. Management has had numerous opportunities to distribute guidelines for the trash bins but never do anything about the many unbroken down boxes consuming excess space in the recycling bins. The irrigation system is broken in places by the kids and have remained broken for years. Plants are poorly maintained. It's rent controlled but the owners can raise the rent 5% each year, and they do - by exactly 5% to the penny. I've never lived in an apartment complex that charges odd amounts like $3,542.84.
