Needs updating appliances and New Management

Aventino Apartments is ideally located, has great gym and swimming pool, residents are friendly, BUT advertised as "luxury apartments" might have been true a decade ago . . . apartment units desperately need updated appliances (garbage disposals are rusted, washer/dryer units are archaic, kitchen appliances show signs of a decade of wear - dents in fridge, scratched cook tops, microwaves are yellowed with cracks along door seals. the current
