El Gato Penthouse

We loved living at the Penthouse Apartment. Colleen The Manager was delightful, Personable and very helpful. Danny the person who conducted all the repairs was very fast at making repairs. One call and the issues were resolved. Vidal his assistant also helped to keep things operating. We moved only because we needed additional space.

El gato penthouse is like heaven on earth . Property manager Colleen is very helpful and good . Maintenance is top notch . I really can't say a single thing bad about this place . I have been renting since 2020 and look forward to more

I lived in the LG Penthouse apartments for about 6 months (2019/2020). It was truly a wonderful experience. The apartments are well kept and all common areas are very clean (hallways, laundry room, exercise room, etc.) Colleen and Dan were awesome. Response was always quick and efficient. I never had to worry about deliveries to the apartment (before COVID-19) as they were willing to accept the deliveries at the office, and both always had a very positive attitude. The location is great too, but I think Colleen and Dan are the ones that truly make this place stand out from the rest. Thanks for making the time here at El Gato Penthouse a pleasure!

El Gato penthouse apartments are nice and especially neighbors are very kind and polite. Our apartment was on the third floor and next to the highway so we had a lot of highway noise. And that's why I rated the value with 3 stars only. You won't hear the neighbors though, because the walls are made of concrete. The property manager, Colleen is fabulous. I have dealt with a few property managers in my life. She is professional, polite, and focused on her job. She is the type that truly cares about the residents. Most of the property managers are all about lip service. She is not. Also, she is very on time and organized. The maintenance guy (forgot his name) is also very professional and helpful. When you request a repair they take care of it ASAP. All in all, we had a pleasant stay at El Gato.
