My girlfriend and I have been living at Los Gatos Heights for six months now, and we couldn't be happier! Coming from busy, high-priced "luxury" apartments in Mountain View and Downtown San Jose, we both feel like Los Gatos Heights is equally--if not more--luxurious at a much more reasonable cost. The management has been responsive and friendly; our neighbors have all been welcoming and respectful; and the few maintenance requests we've had have been handled quickly and easily. Parking is never a problem (we have a second car and can always find a spot), and delivery services like DoorDash are able to find us pretty easily. Plus, you can't beat the walkability to Downtown Los Gatos or the easy access to the Los Gatos Creek Trail. We love Los Gatos Heights, and we plan to be here for a long time!

I have lived here at Los Gatos Heights for 15 years!!! and have loved every minute of it!,, The grounds are always very well kept and the community is beautiful, the pool&outdoor area is wonderful. The apartments has a great layout with an oversized patio/balcony. Private entrance and an personal covered assigned parking space. It is a quiet community with friendly &respectful neighbors. Los Gatos Heights are close to shops and downtown restaurants, perfect neighborhood to walk your dog in the evenings! The Management are professional, super friendly and always responds promptly, the staff on site are keeping everything nice and clean, very pleasant and helpful too. I am relocating but have been very very happy here at Los Gatos Heights, can’t imagine a better place to rent and live for anyone!
