This apartment is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient, the neighbors are quiet, and management responds quickly to requests. Amenities are reliable and parking is easy. Overall, it’s a great place to live for anyone nearby daily.

I’ve lived here for over a year now, and it has generally been a very nice experience. The property manager is professional and helpful, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. However, there are two main drawbacks. First, the noise transfer between floors is significant; I can hear my upstairs neighbor’s heavy footsteps constantly. And other neighbors' children scream quite often, which can be disruptive. Second, the sewer and water fees are incredibly high compared to other places I’ve lived. If you are a light sleeper or on a strict budget for utilities, these are definitely factors to consider.

We have lived in unit 309 for seven months. We feel that the amenities inside our unit are fine and updated, but we have been extremely unsatisfied with the lack of security that has led to 3 instances of stolen packages. We reported this to management, and they assured us that there was a security camera and that the footage would be reviewed. There is no security camera in sight, which has led to an erosion of trust. In our time here, the elevator has been out of commission 2 times and had, at one point, been out of service for as long as a month. We notice that there are a lot of older people here who use walkers. We can't imagine how difficult this must be for them, as we have struggled ourselves with heavy packages without a working elevator. Recently, we experienced 2 incidents of notice of entry that were less than 24 hours. As per our lease agreement, we acknowledge that it must be issued with "reasonable notice". We would consider this unreasonable, as while we were out of town, our unit was entered without the ability to see the printed notice. We would appreciate an email in addition to the physical copy. Since we own security cameras, we noticed that during the inspection that our unit's door was left open the whole time. This was frustrating to watch as we have two anxious cats that could have escaped while we were not home. The unit itself meets our needs; however, we do not feel satisfied with the security amenities in the building. A stranger could learn the entry code and enter as they please. With no cameras in the mail room, people are free to take packages, and have, both in our experience and other residents that we have talked to. We appreciate the opportunity to voice our concerns.

We've lived here for a little bit but we found the utility bills are such a mess. I don't know why the water cost and trash fee can be so expensive and what the admin fee means. Also, the cars of mine and neighbor's got broken in another day. Not a lot of lost but it's so annoying that our cars got broken in at the garage of our property. It's very humiliating.

We have lived at this complex for a while. Generally it's good but there are some issues we would love to bring out. 1. We are not smokers and hate smoking, but in the courtyard, northern side stairs and also parking lot, you can always smell strong smoking smell. It's definitely not ok. 2. The property needs more management on B2 garage. There is a white toyota always parking on the wayout of the garage. The drive way is already very narrow. I am afraid one day I or someone hit it. Also some big van parked very bad. Always trail out of the parking spot. 3. Conservice fee is too high. We always wonder why the water, sewer and trash fees are so high. Around $150 each month. And we have so many units to share the fees and why they are still so high. Honestly we heard from neighbors that the old tenants didn't pay water and trash fee. So we really look forward to knowing something more transparent or clear to explain this. Thank you!

Overall 3 stars. The price is slightly higher than market rate. But no complaints in terms of standard of living.
