At first I loved living here because the had staff in the leasing office and you could get help anytime. Now the leasing office is not in the building anymore. Neighbors get loud in the late hours of the night and security will tell you to call the police or not tend to it at all

The staff on the actual property is nice, it's the office managers that really make living here a nightmare. From never getting a timely response, to not being able to get a hold of a live person, I question my moving here over other properties. It's a shame, because were it not for the office staff, everything would be almost perfect. I was also warned about this from another tenant prior to moving in. The warning was spot on. This needs to be fixed, especially in a luxury establishment. Another pain point is how slow things are to fix and get resolved (e.g., one elevator has been broken for over FOUR months with the poor excuse that it's due to a missing part - that should never take so long to fix.

I've been living at Wallace on Sunset for 2 years, going on the 3rd. It's a great property but maintenance and staff communication has lagged in Year 2.
