Lived here for a bit and I enjoy it. It's pretty affordable compared to other apartments, laundry-on-site is affordable, and parking included is a godsend. Cons are parking in the neighborhood is rough and hallway can be a bit noisy since there isn't really noise cancellation on doors.

Managers Michael and Connie have been exceptionally sweet to work with. The studio I'm in has a great open layout with a lovely kitchen/bathroom design, all in a great modern color palette. One minor criticism of the kitchen island is that the counter edge is a bit short- can't pull up to your plate since the overhang only covers your knees. Noise: water pressure is excellent, but the running pipes are fairly audible from the other side of the bathroom wall and from the upstairs neighbor- just something I'm not used to yet. The garage has a narrow entrance for one vehicle at a time, with a few structural beams that require a bit of navigating to avoid, but at least there's dedicated parking! The other tenants are really friendly, and the neighbors will make some occasional noise but it's generally quiet. I've really enjoyed waking up in my new home.
