I absolutely love living at SMB Hollywood. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The location is amazing and feels safe, and a lot is within walking distance including Trader Joe’s, Mothers, Sprouts, Ralphs, and Target, which makes everyday life so convenient. I also really enjoy the cozy cafés along Sycamore, which add a lot of charm to the neighborhood. The apartments are fresh, very well designed, bright, spacious, and feel high-end. It’s also incredibly quiet, the sound insulation is excellent, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are fantastic, especially the sauna and the basketball court, which really elevate the living experience. On top of all that, the staff is super friendly, professional, and always helpful. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Move-in in general was really easy. Kinda annoyed about requiring a certified check for move in rather than a credit card or cash but that was the only speed bump. Everyone was pretty helpful, location is great, noise is minimal, everything is spotless and Jojo was a wonderful leasing agent

For a larger apartment complex this is a great and quiet place to live. A good mix of tenants. Maintenance replies immediately. All common areas smell good and are kept clean. Everything works, it is rare that anything is down long (elevator, gym, etc.) The staff is wonderful and kind, so accomodating. If you're on the South side of the building (the view is beautiful) it can be noisy at times (traffic, sirens) but otherwise I think this is a wonderful place to live.

I would like to thank the Resident Services Coordinator for being incredibly responsive and an easy person to work with. I had soooo many questions and each time he was respectful and helpful. He even followed up with me post move in to make sure everything went smoothly and to offer any assistance again. It's such a relief to have a resident services coordinator who's so approachable and attentive. Honestly, SMB Hollywood has such a sense of community, everyone is so kind and welcoming. The manager is super professional, friendly and she runs the place so well, making sure everything is top-notch. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly and professional. I would like to thank the leasing agent who made it absolutely seamless for me to find a beautiful apartment. The Security and Concierge are always welcoming, friendly, professional and very helpful. The maintenance is friendly and everything around here works properly. The housekeeping truly doing a great job keeping this place clean. The apartments themselves are super nice with lots of storage. SMB Hollywood isn’t just a place to live; it’s a place that feels like home, thanks to the people who run it.
