I have been a resident at the Orsini for over a decade and, during that time, I have seen many managers come and go. Without question, the one who truly stands above the rest is Ubaldo Perez. Ubaldo is among the kindest, most responsible, and most proactive managers I have ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. Despite his incredibly busy schedule and the needs of countless residents, he consistently makes the time to respond promptly and thoughtfully. Recently, an issue arose, and although I knew he was extremely busy, Ubaldo personally reached out to me immediately to address my concerns. Not only did he respond right away, but he also went above and beyond to ensure the matter was fully resolved. It is rare to find someone—especially a manager overseeing so many residents—who takes the time to personally follow up and genuinely care about resolving issues. When Ubaldo was away, it was noticeably more difficult to get in touch with management or have concerns addressed. Upon his return, however, he made a personal effort to reach out, address concerns, and handle everything swiftly and efficiently. Ubaldo sets the benchmark for what an exceptional manger is, through his professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for residents. He is easily accessible and always willing to help. Ubaldo is truly an asset to the Orsini. His presence alone elevates the standard of management at the Orsini. Having someone like him in management greatly enhances the living experience for residents and sets a high standard for what exceptional property management should look like. As a long-time resident, I am incredibly grateful for his assistance and dedication as a manager, and I sincerely hope he remains a part of the community for years to come. Orsini is truly better because of him!

1o plus years and the attention to detail has declined. The routine maintenance in common areas and gym has tremendously declined over the years

Elevators are always broken; not fixed in a timely manner, music is always plying loudly by pool despite notices and e mails. Children riding bikes through hallways and coloring on walls.

I love all the amenities at this location. Inlove how accessible parking is as well
