Why Renters Love It Here

I have lived here for over a year, great value, but the management is a bit slow and kind of falls apart. Amazing parking for the location. Plenty off-street parking for guests and visitors. We get two spots for our massive two bedroom. But the laundry machines are gross, I think it gave me BV and yeast infections. As soon as I stopped using it that's all cleared up. But the machines to put money on the cards are also always broken, so I had to figure out new laundry commendations anyways. Neighbors are mostly nice, only had issues with one! Super pet friendly, lots of cuties. The folks in the building are quiet. We have the street facing balcony, so lots of noise from the street. Never dull. Hopefully they upgrade your windows! My roommate has been here over 10 years now and the rough deal is they ignore most service requests. Unless it's plumbing related. We have a smoke detector thats been here since before he first moved in and the brand new oven sets it off immediately, but they ignore it. Lots of broken doors, again ignored. And when they told us it would take 4 weeks to fix the balcony it ended up taking 4 months. So overall still a 4 star, only because my roommate's got the 10+ years of rent control is it worth the trouble of not having reliable access to laundry machines. But yes, the parking is fantastic.

Economy Gem

Familiar with the building before moving in, however I'm a new tenant. Objective improvements to the building in the time I've known it. But the original design/layout has many flaws that one must dance around. Structure/facility has huge design errors. Mostly in the parking garage/lobby, followed by the hallways and the maze layout that makes it easy to lock yourself out of the complex, or inside... Overall I love the space I'm in. The windows are street facing and older so noise is a huge issue, but the location is Ideal. -Maintenance is slow to respond/repair. -Laundry card machine keeps malfunctioning and eating my money.

The operation, care and maintenance of the property is good.

I have lived in the building approximately 4 years. I really like the location. It is picturesque, clean and safe. I would suggest to others to live in this building. My only complaint is the laundry room i. e. keeping the kiosk and laundry machines running.

Great Value, Great Location, Terrible Management

Big apartment for a great price in Los Feliz, which is a wonderful neighborhood to live in. Laundry room is 5 machines for the whole complex, and 1-2 are usually out of order. The others are constantly breaking and the pipes from the ceiling are dripping. The laundry kiosk was out of order for about 3 months, leaving the laundry room unusable. You would think replacing a few machines would be cheaper than constant maintenance. The water is regularly shut off for never ending plumbing repairs. Bi-monthly, if I had to estimate. Waited over 1 month for a maintenance request in my apartment to be addressed. Maintenance people are so friendly and kind. It's unfortunate they're put in such a bad position.
