Great location

Place is a bit old it looks it but its not a bad location. If you have a parking permit you shiuld find parking every night. Street cleanung in Mondays and Tuesdays are the killer mainly. Maintinbce responds prwtty quickly. They finally got a new washer and dryer but there is only one of each. (I still havent been reimbursed for the money ibe lost from the old ones they didnt replace for the two years i was there. The trash right outside the building is off putting and takes away from the value of the place for sure. It often overflows and takes days to be cleaned. Overall , for location its a good spot and safe, butdef no frills
