Been here more than a decade. It really used to be great, but... - The laundry room has needed new/upgraded machines for years (they breakdown consistently and we're told "contact the company that provides them"... we we've been doing that and the machines still break. - As furniture by the pool has worn out or broken - it's not replaced. We're missing a table w/4 chairs (4 years) and one table has only no umbrella at all. 24 units and only 4 chairs w/shade! - As new tenants have moved in - they're not told (and no signs have been put up) telling them to breakdown boxes for recycling, so the bins (and that side of the garage) are over-filled with full boxes... and it's always the same tenant's names on the boxes. We've reported all of these things multiple times - ABRA Management DOES NOT CARE.

Love the building and its location is extremely walkable to restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc. Amenities are pretty solid with laundry onsite, a pool, and parking garage. Maintenance can sometimes be slow to respond but ultimately they get things done.

The building is okay. The apartments are spacious and have plenty of closet space. Over all it's a nice smaller building (on an insanely busy street), with neighbors who, for the most part, are friendly and respectful of each other. Unfortunately, some of the decorative molding has fallen off parts of the outside of the builing, and there's missing furniture by the pool (for 2 years now) - management hasn't addressed either.

I've lived here for a year and loved it! This apartment complex is a nice community of people who are respectful, quiet, and kind. Alex, the property manager, is very helpful and prompt if there's ever a maintenance issue. The location is great, with access to Griffith Park within walking distance. I would definitely stay if I wasn't leaving LA!
