Ive been here few years now and its hard to bear what Linea has to offer. Amenities are top notch and management is super responsive. Ive had very little issues here and enjoy everything Linea has to offer.

I love the community, and feeling of living in a resort. The application and onboarding process has been a constant challenge. It seems like AI is duplicating forms, signatures, etc. You fill something out and then get several more emails and text messages to do it again. The apartment has more flaws than I expected. I didn't get to see the actual apartment during my tour as it was still occupied. The one I looked at was flawless. The one I moved into has dents in the stove, panels of the flooring warped and one of the blinds malfunctioning. One of the elevators has been broken since I moved in and still is broken. I still love the dog park and areas to walk. I also really like the community room and the views of sunset on the roof. I'm hoping for more ease in my residency.

Overall it has been a great experience living here and I am going to re-sign my lease for the 4th time I believe. My only complaint would be better receptiveness from the staff (front desk and leasing office) and some small little things as the business gets slightly older could use some attention (issues with lockers, exterior doors being broken on side of building near the Metro stop).
