Living at the LINEA Los Angeles

I love living at the LINEA. The buildings & apartments are kept new, clean & safe with 24 hr attentive staff. Dogs are welcomed & have their own run & doggie park with resident access only. The West Los Angeles location is excellent with many businesses/shopping within walkiing distance & the expo train line & buses within steps of apt buildings. There is enclosed & monitored parking for residents & secured guest parking. For me, as a single woman with a dog, the LINEA with all its amenities, caring staff & location is where I intend to live forever.

Good condition

Living in my great apartment feels like a dream. The spacious rooms, abundant natural light, and modern amenities create a comfortable sanctuary. Needs improvement

Needs some improvements. Wish they would fix gym equipment faster. The maintenance team is super bice but i think they need more help. Took them 2 weeks to fix my oven and it ended up being only a screw that needed tightening. Miscommunication on their part because they thought they were waiting on parts. Treadmills at the gym have been broken for the last 4 months…still haven’t been fixed. Also seems like whenever we get a good concierge staff, they end ip leaving. Wish we could keep the good ones around!
