Lots of issues trying to get responses to basic inquiries. When we moved in apartment was in shoddy shape (not cleaned thoroughly, rust on windows, front door doesn't close properly). Only about 1 in 3 requests will be responded to at all, forget about in a timely manner. Look elsewhere

Security needs to be better on the first floor. Multiple break ins and no one has disclosed or dealt with it. Should grow plants or put something in front of the patio to block and security all night.

I enjoy living in this community but prefer having a resident manager on site. And, the newer residents seem to be more transient than in the past.

Pretty good property, good location, good staff, good maintenance team. Could do with some more amenities like a gym or shared area for residents to come together in.

Apt 302 is incredibly loud at all times of the day. We have asked that they quiet down with no avail.
