I've really appreciated the smaller community that this building has offered. Also, having parking in Hollywood has been great. It's relatively a quiet neighborhood. Thankfully rent is very reasonable and management has been great. Management is responsive and helpful with any issues or questions that arise!

A sweet building complex almost in the heart of Hollywood. For me as an actor and filmmaker and healing arts practitioner this is a perfect location. I love the old building, I love the neighbors in the street, there is a familiarity and friendliness here. Many things are really nice about the studio I am renting. New floors, new paint, new windows, good stove, new kitchen everything, stone countertops. The only real drawback is the lack of sound insulation between apartments, when people walk either outside my apartment or in the apartment above I hear everything, even when the neighbor's phone is on vibrate I hear it to my bottom floor apartment. Aside from the sound issues, also quite noisy neighbors with kids and dogs, this is a beautiful apartment and a great location.
