5333 Russell

I have been living here for 6 years and i love the location and the managers. Only thing i wish #302 would take better care of their dog. Nonstop barking.

Building is quiet, but lacks cleanliness and safety.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and the management including the apartment manager is great. It's a convenient location - walking distance to Griffith and in the middle of Thai town. Good value and decent conditions.

Lived at 5333 Russell since Nov 2017. Location is great, very near transit and food. I have had a good experience with ROM and this building. They have been prompt when plumbing issues arise (old building, to be expected) and considerate when other maintenance is being done on the building. The neighbors are very friendly and mostly quiet. Occasionally there will be a party or game night but I've never noticed anything get out of hand or wake me up. I'm sensitive to smoke due to asthma and some neighbors smoke but closed windows solves it. During COVID it has been easy to work from home and people keep their distance and wear masks. My internet/cell service is ATT and I haven't had difficulty with reception or outages. Roze and her partner are on site managers and are so friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, plant friendly, neighbor friendly, well maintained, and convenient to the outside world.
