Great Place to Live

Best old building in the best neighborhood. Parking, laundry on site and a dishwasher. Pretty great. Remodeled units and easy to access maintenance. I’m on the bottom floor but others have views. Loving it

Good quality and spacious apts, need more help with maintena

I enjoy living here. Its clean and quiet and the staff is very helpful and responsive. I would like a little more help with maintenence and a few upgrades such as the ventilation, heating and air/ . Also dishwasher upgrades would be amazing for future if possible. Thank you

Great value!

I've lived here for 3 years and I love it. The building could use a revamp and a little love. The landlord is terrific and things always get fixed quickly when I ask. Not super informative but overall good.
