No frills apartment with no real amenities, including have a a mailbox that locks. Does come with 1 parking space and two community washers and dryers however they are not great. The apartments are quite large but that is about it. Neighborhood is loud and the walls and windows are old and thin, so everything can be heard. Also no insulation with the windows so its either super hot or freezing cold. Very expensive water and trash costs even though there is constantly garbage all over everywhere, and hot water is sparse throughout the apartment. Don't expect anything to be fixed whether it's a minor or major issue. Even if it is fixed, it is bad work that sometimes comes out worse than it was before. Most neighbors are not friendly and complain constantly if you walk in the apartments after 2 pm.

As long as your apartment has no maintenance issues that need to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, then this place isn't too bad. Its in a nice spot, close to a lot of things, there's garage parking and its not too loud. The apartments are renovated and very up to date, nice hardwood floors, new bathrooms; however, if you are above the 1st floor, prepare to have your neighbors complain about every step you take at any time in the day. Some apartments have balconies, which are very nice, great view... if its not sinking, and you are able to actually go out on it. It's not a very friendly or neighborly building overall, but if you are more quiet and keep to yourself, its perfect!
