I have lived here for 2 nights and it has been pretty good so far

Good location to walk to Sawtelle restaurants in a generally quiet neighborhood. Maintenance staff does not communicate with manager or tenants. They do not provide any prior notice on when during a window of time and days they will come in. Lack of communication with the manager and residents results in poor service.
