Its been almost 10 years since living here and we really enjoy living in our home and interacting with our neighbors. The location is perfect for our lifestyle. We wish to have an updated bathroom, fixed sliding door lock and someone to trim the bushes from outside of our patio. However, we try to look past all the issues simply because the location is exactly where we need to be. Thank you!

I've lived here for around 2 years. Sonia is wonderful and super helpful. Any maintenance that needs to be done is usually fairly timely. Some complaints I have are largely out of management's control but might good to be aware of. I'm glad to have assigned underground parking but street parking in the neighborhood is quite difficult. Also the neighborhood is generally quite loud (sirens, helicopters etc.) and I don't always feel safe walking in the neighborhood on my own at night. Otherwise in terms of what we can control, there are some neighbors who are quite loud. I'm not sure what unit, but there is a man who every day is screaming at someone and sounds quite threatening. In terms on amenities, it would have been nice for a microwave and of course a dishwasher to be included with the kitchen. Generally the kitchen could use an update. Also I think we need permanent a light at the bottom of the front stairs to the garage. Lastly my biggest complaint/suggestion would be the front door. Given the neighborhood, it would be great to have a more secure front door and system. The front lock is often broken. Also it would be great to be able to buzz visitors, delivery people etc onto the premises. The current system requires a land line phone to buzz them in which is extremely antiquated and would require an added expense on my end. I also don't have a peep hole in my door to see who is outside if someone were to knock, which doesn't make me feel super secure.
