We have lived here for about 2 years now and are very happy. The community is safe, quiet (without counting the current construction next door), and in the best neighborhood. Only wish the parking was better as we often have to park a block or two away. We are friendly with our neighbors, and it feels like home!

I've lived at this property a long time. The grounds are beautiful. Beautiful flower, grass, it's very peaceful. And when the property was purchased several years ago, the new owners / management company made great improvements to the apartments. I love living here, and the management is very nice, thank you :-)

I love this apartment complex. The outdoor area is always beautiful and well maintained, the staff is friendly and our property manager responds quickly to any concerns. There is fresh fruit on the property and all of our neighbors are wonderful!

I love the Hollywood Court style of our apartments but the charm has definitely gone down hill. No amenities, parking and lots of construction noise.

We've lived here for over 3 years now. The location is amazing and we love the people + natural light our apartment affords. Amenities are lack luster but that's what you get with an old apartment. Garages are full of mold and falling apart - but we have a soft spot in our hearts for our small place with original hardwood. Definitely needs some TLC but it's home.
