I am writing to share some feedback regarding the management of the apartment community. It is important that management puts more effort into maintaining the property and shows greater care for the residents who live in these apartments. We would appreciate seeing more attention dedicated to the upkeep of the building and the well-being of the community. They rattle significantly when there is outside noise and come off their tracks easily. This creates a serious safety hazard. Could you please arrange to have these windows replaced with safer, more secure models? Aside from the previously mentioned points, I would like to add that I highly appreciate the location of the building and the surrounding natural environment. Thank you.
