Location, community and convenience

Bell South Bay and specifically 11622 is a newer cleaner building located near to the LAX airport with a metro connecting bus thst takes you to the terminals! The community is kind, friendly and supportive. Living here recently I’ve noticed the staff and maintenance team have been attentive and have worked urgently on any requests. So far, this location, staff, amenities and community are meet and sometimes exceeding my expectations!

Excellent Ammenity

I have lived here for 2 months, approximately. I will keep the review short and brief. - Amenities are great; it's got pretty clean gym and swimming pool. - Parking is very convenient. Plus, it's underground. - Location is excellent since it's very close to LAX and the highway. if your commuting direction is south (i.e. not LA), you are going against the traffic, which is a timesaver.
