Parking great, nice grounds, needs a dog park, overpriced for area, gate always broken or dysfunctional, construction took way too long. Appliances very dated and cheap. Everything else fine.

The noise level here is unprecedented throughout the year with the exception of holidays and most sundays. No not from children having a good time or residents barbequing, but from the excessive maintenance they have ongoing year around. They state maintenance is only during buisness hours wothout any consideration for the residents that love here or the homes they are paying to enjoy.

Since the minute I’ve entered the leasing office I was glad I stopped by to find my next new home. Laura smile, professionalism, making me feel so welcome and the Leasing expertise, way she did the tour just sold me within 10 mts. I couldn’t wait to move in. Then, on the day I signed the lease, same thing with the property manager. I hope they stay around for a while. This place is a fine place for me and my daughter! The cleanliness, curb appeal, lighting LOVE IT! But with professional people like Lara and her manager just makes it an AWESOME HOME.

I just move in a week ago but I love the place already. Since my first interview I felt I was coming home. Lara & Angelic are wonderful, very friendly and so helpful. The apartment is very nice and clean. I love the wooden floor & the location. I feel so relaxed & I also feel will be able to finally settled down in my little home town Gilroy.
