I've been living here for going on 3 years and never had an issue with living here.

We have been living here for 4 years now and this whole time that we lived here the plaza washers & dryers do not work, for years! You have to pay for several loads just to get 1 loan washed and damped dried and it never comes out dry & it takes all day of washing several loads just for 1 load. Does not matter to put an out of service tag on it, they just remove the tag and the dryers still dont dry your clothes. It is inconsiderate for these apartments to keep these non working dryers here for years while its costing the residence more money to property wash & dry their clothes. Its very fustraiting that these apartments dont want to spend the money to fix what is broken for years while its costing the residents more money. Its rediclous! We should get discount on rent considering all the extra money we have to pay for these broken washing machines & dryers. How about you try to wash & dry 1 load of clothes in any washer or dryers at the plaza laundry room & see how your experience will be, then you will know what these residense are dealing with

Moved in a month ago and I love that I can live in peace. There is no noise, and the property stays clean 24/7. The response from the leasing agent to managment to maintanence is quick and professional.

Everything has been going well and I like the service. My only complaint is when I called for maintenance once to unclog a toilet they left water everywhere and flooding. Other than that I happy with all the other services.
