Not the place to live if you want freedom past 6pm. If you make it home after 6pm you wont find parking because everyone has more than the allowed vehicles. They charge you for permits to park but don’t enforce anything except harassing you for the money for the permit. This is my last year being stuck here! Good Luck!!!

Hello One and All** My husband and I have lived at The Homestead Apartments for going on 15 years*** I especially LIKE the MAINTENANCE SHOP. Every worker there takes very good care of our needs... IF & WHEN they arise. Also, the Laundry Room is CLEANED DAILY** The Porters are VERY PLEASANT and HELPFUL as well. The Porters take PRIDE in all that they do. When...(not very often)....I have to speak to the "Big Wigs"....they are ALWAYS right there to assist me** I am very happy here** BEST*** Sheila

Been living here for 3 years now. The location is great. It's close to everything and close to CSUF. Parking could be handled better. They don't usually enforce the parking rule so it's really hard to find parking for my second vehicle. The staff is overall nice, but it's just hard to find them in the office as each property managers has different working hours from the typical 9-5. Overall though, would recommend to live here.
