Homestead living

The Homestead is located next to the freeway and a busy, large street. It has many tall trees and can offer a safe green space where one can stroll. The apartments are carpeted. The community is friendly enough and one can live there peacefully for some time.

Homestead Review

Have never had any issues with neighbors or management. Parking is. 10/10. Complex is always well maintained and clean. The amenties are cool with the only exception that the washers and dryers breakdown often, gym doesnt have tbe best equipment but good for what it is. Noise level isnt bad, but if you dont like the sound of traffic consider your proximity to it. Overall, like it here so far!

Prisoner Past 6

Not the place to live if you want freedom past 6pm. If you make it home after 6pm you wont find parking because everyone has more than the allowed vehicles. They charge you for permits to park but don’t enforce anything except harassing you for the money for the permit. This is my last year being stuck here! Good Luck!!!

Not Worth the Price

The rent is very high for the size of the apartments and they raise it yearly. Most of the washing machines are usually out of order. Apartment managers also seems to change weekly, and there is typically no one in the office. Aside from that, it’s a convenient location and the property is kept clean.
